A woman, Annie Shepherd and a man, Harley Kirkpatrick work together to write interesting stories on the newspaper. They looked up some information about "Blood Diamonds". And now, they find new information about it. That is about Erik Van Delft, who is a businessman. However, he is just a businessman, he buys and sells guns and blood diamonds! Kirkpatrick gets to know about it and tries to talk with the businessman. How? Surprisingly, he pretend to have known Erik. And they starts conversation. Kirkpatrick thinks that he won the game. However, an incident happens. Kirkpatrick promises to meet with Erik in spite of the advice by Shepherd. And now the day of the promise. He gets on the car of Erik which has a driver. When he gets off the car and is talking with Erik, someone hits Kirkpatrick and he goes down... What happens after that? Does he wake up?, or...
